FED: Yes, Your Honor, but in this case–
JUDGE: “Not wanting to do it” is not a valid reason to overturn a court order.
FED: Well, we do have another compelling reason.
JUDGE: It better not rely on your motivation, or lack thereof.
FED: It is a very complex and technical argument, Your Honor.
