FED: It wasn’t designed to be copied or archived, and we simply don’t have the technical capability to ensure tha tthe information the court order aims to protect is actually protected.
JUDGE: You’re saying you don’t know how to comply with the court order?
FED: Exactly! And trying to comply has the potential to lead to disaster — it could even force us to shut down the entire project!
