CUSTOMER: I’m one of the Nifty Doorways Verandah beta testers, and I’d like to report a bug.
ALEX: Certainly. What is the nature of the bug?
CUSTOMER: It’s the sound that plays when the computer first starts. There’s no way to change what the sound is, or how loud it plays.
ALEX: That’s not a bug.
(Silence.)
CUSTOMER: It’s really annoying.
ALEX: Still not a bug.
