CUSTOMER: I don’t understand… just a second ago your spyware detection software listed the “Croc” applications as “Ack!” — which I assume is bad — and now they are listed as “Meh” — which I assume is, well, not particularly bad.
ALEX: So what don’t you understand?
CUSTOMER: The only thing that changed was an announcement that Ubersoft was considering purchasing the company that makes the “Croc” software.
(Silence.)
CUSTOMER: Oh come on. You know I’m thinking it, don’t make me say it.
