Pre-Trial Emotion

Comic Transcript

JUDGE: Bailiff, there’s something wrong with today’s docket.

BAILIFF: What’s wrong, Your Honor?

JUDGE: Well it looks like I have yet another computer industry intellectual property case to decide.

BAILIFF: I’m sorry, Your Honor, I couldn’t talk them out of it.

JUDGE: That’s not what I mean. It’s a computer industry intellectual property case, but I can’t find Ubersoft’s name anywhere, either as a complainant or a defendant.

(Silence.)

BAILIFF: You’re right, that’s weird.

JUDGE: I know!
