JUDGE: The fundamental question set before the court is whether or not a company is entitled to do something it clearly states it will do in its terms of service.
JUDGE: While this particular example of behavior is both alarming and disturbing, I can find no law that would specifically make it illegal–and since the company in question is completely up front about it, and anyone using the service will have agreed to it by virtue of agreeing with the service agreement, I can find no reason to rule against them.
