CUSTOMER: I’ve noticed many of your web pages will not show up if someone is using a browser created by your competition. Why is this?
ALEX: You know, this question sounds awfully familiar. didn’t you call me last week? I think you did.
CUSTOMER: OK, you got me. We have a bet going… I say that if we call every week with the same question, we’ll get a different answer every time. My friend says that you are all brainwashed and simply regurgitate whatever tripe your employers feed you with absolutely no variation, regardless of nuances within the problem itself.
ALEX: Actually, it depends on what support package you’ve bought. People who buy the expensive packages qualify for more creative excuses.
CUSTOMER: Darn! I should have thought of that!
