I started Help Desk back in 1996, when I was 25. I turn 52 today, and it just hit me that I’ve spent more time being online and publishing online than I’ve spent doing pretty much anything else with my life.
I wonder what I’ll be when I grow up? There’s a fair chance the world will never know!

Growing up is overrated. I tried it once and reverted after a couple of years.
I started to grow up, but managed to stop myself just in time!
I found help desk after getting out of the Army, finishing college and starting in IT (a far change from being an Infantryman). Love it.
That said, remember, men do not grow up, we just grow old.
