Site will be down intermittently (Fixed)

After migrating to the new site, of course my server OS announced it was time to upgrade from Ubuntu 18.04 to 20.04. And of course it semi-broke in the process. So the site is going to be up and down and up and down while I apply fixes and updates and reboot and try not to set everything on fire this time.

Well, I did briefly accidentally set everything on fire, but I think we're good now!
