I used to read Ubersoft/Help Desk regularly, but I haven't been able to figure out how to read it now.. is it all being transferred to this website and there's no other way to read it until that's done?

Yes, I'm afraid so. The old site used Drupal, the new site uses WordPress, and I while technically I think it's possible to run both simultaneously on the same site, it's a more complicated endeavor than I'm willing to take on.

Does that mean I won't be able to read more than what is on the site now and the comic has ended or can I go elsewhere to read it?

You might be able to use the wayback machine, but that's the only other thing I can think of.
