Tracker shows links like 4 new but there doesn't ever seem to be a corresponding <a name="new">.
I'd noticed the "x new comments" links weren't taking you to the new comments, but I hadn't got around to tracking down why yet. Thanks for rooting that out. Now I have to figure out which module is stripping out that link, or if I did it in the template...

Yes, in the comments.
A math joke: r = | |csc(θ)|+|sec(θ)| |-| |csc(θ)|-|sec(θ)| |
I think this is fixed now, but I haven't confirmed it yet.
It appears as though the new links link still ain't working right.
Learned more about this issue today.
It was a persistent problem in Drupal 6... and is now fixed in Drupal 7, which I'm running, so in theory the problem shouldn't be here. That said, I'm also running a plugin that affects comments (basically it treats each comment as a separate post so that if I ever wind up deleting blogspam it won't also delete legitimate comments from people who accidentally replied to it instead of replying to the main post). I'm willing to bet that plugin is what broke the "new" post link. I may try disabling the plugin to see if that makes it work again.
