MAX: Don’t be too hard on him, Mark. he doesn’t want to lose his job, and he doesn’t want you to lose yours, either.
MARK: I guess.
MAX: Look, Mark… I may know some people who might be able to help you out.
MARK: You do?
MAX: Oh dear, it seems I just dropped one of my business cards under the table. I sure hope nobody sees the phone number written on the back.

MARK: It looks like an 800 number for the National Park Service.
MAX: Ask for “Mitch.”
