JUDGE: (GAGGED) Mmph.
ADALAI FOULE: I quite agree. Let’s begin. The Plaintiff may state his case.
VIKTOR SCHRECK: Your Honor, Ubersoft has been viciously attacked by a company, and seeks the court’s protection from further assault.
LAWYER: This entire process is ridiculous and should be dismissed with prejudice.
VIKTOR SCHRECK: Your client attacked my client.
LAWYER: My client did nothing of the kind. My client encouraged people to boycott Ubersoft software. A boycott is not an attack.
VIKTOR SCHRECK: Your Honor, there is plenty of legal precedent pointing to the personhood of corporations. If corporations are people, and making money is required for a corporation to survive, then an attack on a corporation’s income is nothing less than a physical assault on a person.
(SILENCE.)
JUDGE: (GAGGED) Mmph.
ADALAI FOULE: The judge has expressed doubt in a way that can best be described as “colorful” and “energetic.”
