ALEX: Ah. Well, Ubersoft currently has three tiers of support: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
ALEX: With Bronze Support, you’re required to pay a fee every time you open a support ticket with us. With Gold Support, you pay a monthly fee to get unrestricted access to our full suite of support services.
CUSTOMER: But what does Silver do?
ALEX: With Silver Support, you get free, unrestricted access to a call center that gives you the option to upgrade to Gold Support.
