ALICE: Well, there are advantages on both sides.
THE BOSS: What, in your opinion, is the argument in favor of Net Neutrality?
ALICE: Net Neutrality will prevent he balkanization of the Internet and prevent ISPs from turning into walled-off prisons that jealously hoard their customer base.
THE BOSS: I see.
THE BOSS: What is the argument against Net Neutrality?
ALICE: If we end Net Neutrality we’ll be able to balkanize the Internet and turn ISPs into walled-off prisons which jealously hoard their customer base.
