CUSTOMER: When I signed up for yoru UberDSL service I was told it would be connected by 8PM yesterday. It wasn’t. Why exactly is that?
KING: Let me look you up in our system and I’ll check.
KING: Ah. Well according to our records, the technician was supposed to activate your account at 8PM yesterday, but he didn’t.
CUSTOMER: That’s it?
