CUSTOMER: When I say my computer is “setting up a few more things,” I’m not being intentionally vague. That is the actual message displayed on the screen.
ALEX: “Setting up a few more things” is the message?
CUSTOMER: Yes. When I look at my screen, all I see are the words “Setting up a few more things…” and an hourglass.
ALEX: “Setting up a few more things” is the official message? That makes no sense.
CUSTOMER: Aren’t you the guys who have hex error codes that are actually the lead programmer’s grocery lists?
ALEX: I didn’t say it wasn’t consistent.
