ALICE: We just received our dissatisfaction report for the last quarter of 2012.

ALICE: According to our metrics, customers are at an all-time high of dissatisfaction, mostly due to the release of Nifty Doorways “Lazy Infinity” and the “Public Bus” interface.

ALICE: However, a sizable minority of users also complained that the Help Desk spent more time telling them to “calm down” than you did actually helping them resolve the problem.

ALICE: So… good work.

ALEX: No problem.
