CUSTOMER: No I’m not.
ALEX: Our polling and sales statistics suggest that, based on your age group, you are more likely to have a mobile device like a smartphone or a tablet than a desktop computer.
CUSTOMER: Why would I call Ubersoft tech support for a tablet or a mobile device?
ALEX: I don’t know but based on all the demographic information we have about you–
CUSTOMER: Hold on a moment. I just called you. I haven’t even given you my name. How do you have any demographic information on me at all?
