BINKY (STEVE): Yes, Your Honor.
SAMSUNG LAWYER: We started archiving as soon as this case was brought against us, Your Honor.
BINKY (STEVE): Your Honor, we feel Samsung hasn’t been adequately compliant in this matter. They should be required to save all email up to a year before charges were brought against them.
SAMSUNG LAWYER: That makes no sense at all.
JUDGE: I have to admit, that seems a little–
(Flash of white, blinding light. Sound of a choir.)
