CUSTOMER: So basically, the way you set up the DRM in all your games is that if your servers go off line for ANY REASON then the game I legally paid for becomes unplayable until the servers come back up.
ALEX: Regrettably true.
CUSTOMER: And if I’d downloaded a pirated version of the game, with the DRM stripped out, I would be able to play it any time I wanted, no matter what you did to your servers.
ALEX: … also true.
CUSTOMER: So what do you have to say to all of us who bought your game legally an dare now being punished for it?
