CUSTOMER: I heard a nasty rumor that Nifty Doorways 2013 is going to use a radically re-designed user interface, even on PCs.
ALEX: It’s true. We’re adapting the “Pocket Door” interface we created for mobile phones and putting it on the PC Desktop.
CUSTOMER: Why would you do that?
ALEX: People like new things. The Pocket Door interface is new. Therefore they will like the Pocket Door interface.
CUSTOMER: That’s a logical fallacy.
ALEX: People like those as well.
