ALEX: All right.
CUSTOMER: Well, you guys just updated my test phone to include a new feature that’s supposed to help me avoid neighborhoods with high crime rates.
ALEX: That’s the “bad neighborhood” feature.
CUSTOMER: Right. It doesn’t work.
ALEX: Hmm. Where are you testing the device?
CUSTOMER: New York City.
ALEX: And what neighborhood are you trying to–
CUSTOMER: Wall Street.
