ALEX: Sir, I’m going to schedule a technician to come to your house to try to fix your connectivity problem.
CUSTOMER: That’s great news. What time should I be home?
ALEX: I’m afraid I can’t give you a specific time. Due to travel times and scheduling fluctuations, we’ll give you a window of time. The technician will arrive at some point in that window, but I have to stress that you absolutely must have someone home during that window who can let the technician in. The technician could arrive at any point during that time.
CUSTOMER: What kind of window are we talking about?
ALEX: Sometime between 8AM Monday morning and 2:45M Thursday afternoon.
