CUSTOMER: … you actually answered the phone.
ALEX: That’s right, sir. How can I help you today?
CUSTOMER? … could you leave me on hold for ten minutes?
ALEX: Why would I leave you on hold?
CUSTOMER: Well for the last week or so none of you have been answering the phone. And lately while I’ve been on hold, thinking about the problem, suddenly the way to work around it just comes to me… and I manage to solve the problem on my own.
