CUSTOMER: I think there’s something wrong with my computer.
KING: All right. I’m going to ask you a few questions, then we’ll try to locate the problem.
CUSTOMER: Sure.
KING: Do you experience random, seemingly unconnected crashes on yoru computer when you browse the web?
CUSTOMER: Yes.
KING: Does your hard drive spend a lot of time reading and writing information, even when your computer isn’t doing much?
CUSTOMER: Yes.
KING: Do applications you are using occasionally shut down without any warning or explanation?
CUSTOMER: Yes.
KING: Do you find that your computer is sluggish to respond to your mouse clicks?
CUSTOMER: Yes, I do!
KING: Well it sounds like everything is working as intended.
