DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Your Honor, Massachusetts decided to adopt a standard that any potential customer could adopt and use without paying royalties, or violating any patents, or incurring any licensing fees whatsoever.
VIKTOR SCHRECK: The standard is inadequate to the needs of people who currently use office suites.
DEFENSE ATTORNEY: It covers everything that was considered relevant to the needs of the Commonwealth!
