BOSS: I do not care if Massachusetts is a “State” or a “Commonwealth.” I DO care that their actions threaten our revenue stream.
BOSS: By favoring this “OpenDocument” standard instead of our Ubersoft Marketing Language, they have made it impossible for their offices to use our office suite. This is unacceptable.
PHIL: Well it IS an open standard, right? So why don’t we just add OpenDocument support in a patch?
