JUDGE: Let me see if I understand you: Ubersoft wishes to sue the government of Massachussetts on the grounds that said government is engaging in anticompetitive business practices?
VIKTOR SCHRECK: That’s right, Your Honor.
VIKTOR SCHRECK: Massachusetts has adopted new software standards that prevent Ubersoft’s software from being used by its government agencies. These standards were further designed to favor some of our competitors.
JDUGE: And what does the defense have to say about this?
DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Our argument is complicated, Your Honor, full of subtlety and legal nuance, but if I were to simplify, I’d say it was “they’re behaving like spoiled children.”
(Silence.)
VIKTOR SCHRECK: Are not.
DEFENSE ATTORNEY: Are too.
