ALEX: Obsession? He doesn’t seem that obsessed to me.
SCOTT: He’s always wearing it. Since the first day he showed up with it, I’ve never seen him take it off.
ALEX: So what? He likes listening to music. Big deal.
SCOTT: But it’s more than that! People with iPods have become a demographic unto themselves!
ALEX: So?
SCOTT: Who guides this demographic? And what do they want?
ALEX: Apple. And they want you to buy more stuff from Apple.
