ALEX: Phil, will you stop for a moment and think about what you’re saying?
PHIL: What?
ALEX: You don’t test software. You’ve nEVER tested software. When QA sends you reports on THEIR tests, you stick it on the wall because you think it’s wallpaper.
PHIL: Software testing is an important part of the release process, Alex. It’s the best way of uncovering design flaws that might affect our customers in unfortunate ways.
(Silence.)
MONK: I’m still looking for a doctor.
ALEX: It’s much too late for that.
