CUSTOMER: So the only way I have of installing this program, which I bought legally and haven’t had the chance to USE yet, is to pay another thirty bucks for some stupid program that fixes a problem I could fix myself, but am barred from doing so by law?

ALEX: Essentially, yes.

CUSTOMER: How convenient for you.
