ALEX: No, I can’t do that. It’s too risky.
CUSTOMER: Too risky?
ALEX: Yes, if we disabled the DRM features you might “inadvertently” install the product a second time.
CUSTOMER: I can’t even “inadvertently” install the product for the FIRST TIME.
ALEX: Well, it’s just being careful.
