BOSS: As you may or may not know, the RIAA has declared a “general amnesty” to anyone guilty of music piracy as long as they submit a certain amount of personal information and promise never to do it again.
BOSS: They have hired us to take care of all the data mining and collecting that will be involved in this effort. I am assigning Phil to oversee the actual database effort, and the Help Desk staff to actually collect the information and sworn statements from anyone trying to take advantage of this “general amnesty.”
(Silence.)
PHIL: What if they start harassing us?
BOSS: You will all be given large quantities of salt.
