CUSTOMER: Yes, I’ve been having a problem with your wireless router… When I used it, I couldn’t get a consistent connection to my DSL modem.

ALEX: You should download and install the latest firmware update form our website.

CUSTOMER: I tried that. After installing the update I couldn’t connect at all.

ALEX: At last your router is behaving consistently.
