ALEX: Ubersoft Technical Support. Alex speaking.

CUSTOMER: Yeah. I’m getting the same problem with my printer that I’ve had for the last three versions of the UberWordSoftPro suite… it keeps crashing when I try to print.

ALEX: Congratulations, sir. You’ve discovered a bug in the software. That’s pretty cool, don’t you think?

CUSTOMER: No, not really.

ALEX: You’re part of a select group fo people who share in a common, uniting experience. That’s pretty cool, don’t you think?

CUSTOMER: A select group?

ALEX: An elite group, even.

CUSTOMER: If by “select” you mean “anyone who tries to print using this software,” I think your marketing department is over-estimating the number of customers you actually have.
