ALEX: There’s really not much you can do about it. It’ll run its course, and then things will get back to normal. Until then you just have to find something else to occupy your time.
ALICE: How do the tech support people occupy theirs?
ALEX: We usually get the programmers to burn us a copy of whatever they’re playing at the time.
