ALEX: The PNG format. Since it’s an “open standard,” he’s accusing it of being a Communist plot intent on destabilizing the American economy.
MONK: Does he know HTML is an open standard, too?
ALEX: No, he doesn’t. And we’re not going to tell him, either.
