CUSTOMER: OK guys, I tried to upgrade my video card drivers, and my entire Nifty Doorways installation crashed. So I wiped my hard drive, then I re-installed the OS. That was day one. Then I downloaded all the security patches and Service Pack upgrades. That was day two.

CUSTOMER: Day three, I re-install all my software. Day four, I restore all my backed up work files, customize my desktop appearance, and make sure all my network settings and internet server information is configured correctly. now it’s day five, and I haven’t slept, I’ve barely eaten, and I have one question:

CUSTOMER: Do we have a president yet?

ALEX: No president.
