ALICE: I assure you, a great deal fo thought and planning went into determining exactly what Tier each customer is placed in.
CUSTOMER: But you said I was Tier Four — which means, according to you, I have no influence to speak of, either on the web or in the real world — while my brother was Tier Three. So you consider him more influential than me?
ALICE: That’s what our analysis found.
CUSTOMER: But I have a lot of influence online — I have a blog and everything.
ALICE: Oh? What kind of blog is it?
CUSTOMER: I publish a web comic.
ALICE: In that case I’m going to have to push you down to Tier Five.
