MARK: Where’s the comic today?
ALEX: No comic today.
MARK: Oh, this is ridiculous.
ALEX: What are you talking about? It’s not like this is anything new. Each day has a 50% chance of not producing a comic.
MARK: Between server problems, connection problems, and the cartoonist’s lack of organizational skills, it’s a wonder we manage to tell any stories at all…
ALEX: He has a good excuse this time. He’s sick.
MARK: He’s sick???
ALEX: Yeah. He caught something. he wasn’t really ready to handle the advent of autumn.
(Silence.)
MARK: You have got to be kidding me.
ALEX: He’s still used to living in the South. They don’t really have a fall down there, it’s just a slightly less humid summer.
