VIKTOR SCHRECK: By labelling this group — who are, by and large, law-abiding, sedentary people — as “pirates,” they dilute the potency of the trademark, which is intended to convey bloodthirsty, plundering scallywags.

VIKTOR SCHRECK: Mountebanks, Your Honor.

VIKTOR SCHRECK: Rapscallions.
