ALEX: So after I threatened to blacklist them on our support queue, they agreed to waive most of the charges this guy made. The only fee they couldn’t waive was the initial membership fee to “Lulu’s Adult Entertainment and Post-Modern Clipart Web Site.”
MONK: Well, I guess it could have been worse, but it still seems really unfair.
ALEX: I know what you mean.
MONK: I mean, the least Lulu could do is give you a free month of access to her clipart collection.
