I wont be able to attend this year due to extreme financial nothingness, but I wanted to send a shout-out to the brilliantly insane organizers and attendees of Guilford College’s What-The-Hell?! Con. I was invited to attend but borderline poverty combined with sudden fatherhood has forced me to decline.
Those of you near Greensboro, NC should definitely wander by Guilford and check it out. The Con is free and it’s an incredibly fun event (right up until the Crapathon, after which you’ll spend the rest of the weekend washing out your eyes with lye soap.)
This is the second con in a row I’ve missed. Sigh.
